We design pumps
Active on the national and international market, SIMMM Engineering designes and produces pumps for high pressure cleaner, misting and sanitization. Thanks to years of experience, SIMMM is able to produce axial and rod/crank pump, both with high efficiency and high pressure/capacity. Our experience allowed to satisfy a more and more expanding market. All the SIMMM pump groups are certified by the most prestigious European quality brands.
We have got something more
The pump groups are not all the same. The AXA pump group is equipped with ceramic pistons and with an integrated by-pass valve which ensures a direct pressure adjustment without leakages. The special configuration of the suction and delivery valves (patented) ensures a more accurate absorption control improving the efficiency noticeably. Besides, the technology used allowed the SIMMM AXA group to maintain the By-Pass status up to 5 hours without any wear on the sealing rings.
Our pump groups always work
Many of the traditional pump groups hardly work in the By-Pass phase, that is when the gun trigger is released, water recirculates inside the pump overheating brass parts, valves and sealing rings. This phase is considered extreme and can be tolerated only for few minutes. Thanks to the use of new technologies and to the AXA model design, SIMMM was able to produce the only axial pump that can resist up to 5 hours without any wear during the By-pass phase.
Our products work at 75°C
All of our product's good efficiency and working condition can be found in the fundamental natural element: water. A proper and constant water capacity ensures a lower engine pump group stress and a higher longevity. SIMMM products can be feeded with water up to 75° and can work for several hours without optional expensive KIT.
We do not hide anything
Transparency is the main principle for any relationship, therefore SIMMM, for its products, always shows the most important components. All the motor pump groups are easily identifiable (no plastic coats) for an easy maintenance and for rational water supply connection. The engine group is always well protected. All products are designed for easy access for optional or standard accessories like standard fittings such as pipes, gun and multi regulation lance.
We love sincerity
All the SIMMM products are CEE certified, and all the phases of manufacture follow precise and strictly procedure. SIMMM wants to be sincere to its customers, therefore all the technical data, such as the pressure and the capacity indicated in the catalogues, must be considered effective that is real, controlled by our technicians. Words which can be easily misunderstood such as 'Maximum pressure or acceptable overpressure' are never used not to confuse the customer.
